It was extremely irresponsible of the Pakistani authorities to declare, without first ascertaining the facts, that 5 people had survived the plane crash near Islamabad. I cannot imagine what the relatives of the passengers must have gone through on hearing lateron that there were no survivors. :-( Absolutely unpardonable lapse of judgement!
