Recently when a cabbie handed me back the change after I paid the fare, I noticed a smaller Re. 1 coin. On examining it closely, I noticed that it had the new Rupee Symbol on it. I find the new coin rather cute in its design :-) On reaching home, I put it in the collection that I have started - of coins with different designs commemorating special days or events. Just then it struck me that in the future all the coins will be of this design so what I really need to save is the old Re. 1 coin :-)

So now the Master Blaster wants to revamp the ODI format. What for? So we can perform equally dismally in all 4 innings? I immensely respect him as a player but I think right now he should help the team analyze just what went wrong in England and remedy it rather than thinking about newer formats of the game.
