It would have been hilarious if the matter were not connected to corruption in the judiciary system. Read this:
In Aug 2008, a bag with Rs 15 lakh, allegedly meant for Justice Nirmal Yadav, was "delivered" to Justice Nirmaljit Kaur, who went to the police. (Cash-in-bag scam)
At least we Indians are consistent in being shoddy!
