First things first, if you haven't yet watched this delectable fare dished out by a couple of kids and a dog, I highly recommend it.
The storyline is quite simple. The protagonist, an orphan boy doing the job of washing cars in a housing complex, is first harassed by the society's kids but then they all become friends. Enter the evil politician who is hell-bent on clearing the city of all of its stray dogs. The first in line is the stray dog patronized by the protagonist. It seems like an uneven fight - a mighty politician vs a group of school-going kids. But the kids have just too many tricks up their sleeve.
So grab a bagful of popcorn and sit down to figure out who wins in the end. I guarantee that this will be time worth spent. :-)
