The teacher had already told us that she would need the whole of
November to cover the Past Tense. We didn’t have any class in the
first week because her son’s birthday was on the day of the class.
That means it would take 3 classes to cover the topic. Class 17 was
the beginning of it.
As with earlier tenses, we learnt the 9 forms for both परस्मैपद
and आत्मनेपद.
We spent the rest of the class formulating past tense of one verb
each of परस्मैपद
and आत्मनेपद
in each of the 4 Ganaas i.e. 1, 4, 6 and 10.
The teacher also informed us that she won’t cover any new material
after the last class in November. 1st and 2nd
class in December would be used for revision and clarification of
doubts, if any. Most probably the exam would be conducted in 3rd
week. The result would be declared 2 weeks after that i.e. hopefully
before 31 December.
Can’t believe the course is about to end.
