Food Safari

I watched an episode of Food Safari (Fox History channel) that featured Korean food. Since then, I have added Bibimbap to my list of "1000 dishes to eat before I die" :-) Of course, I would prefer it with chicken and not beef! The episode also showed the machines that make Khimchi - another favorite. Hmm.....but the cuisine doesn't seem to have too many options when it comes to sweets though they do have a wide array of rice cake preparations.
