Now someone has managed to throw a slipper at Kalmadi. At this rate, everyone will have to go "M.F. Husain" style to any political function/rally. I think the footwear companies should take a hint and start manufacturing footwear that is especially suitable for throwing at Indian politicians - something light, easy to throw and hard-hitting!

What with the kinds of scams that are being uncovered daily, Slipper Hurling might soon be the national sport of India. Who knows, a few years down the line, the Olympics might introduce this as the new sport. And finally, Indian athletes will get a chance to sweep away all the medals! :-)
