These days I tune in to news channel Russia Today in the evenings. Yesterday they were showing the results of a poll conducted in Russia over war on terrorism. There was 31% of this, 31% of that, 10% of something else and 10% of something that. Wait a minute, isn't the total supposed to be 100%? Apparently the remaining 18% was unaccounted for!

Probably their tagline explains it all - Any story can be other story altogether :-)
