All Things Bright And Beautiful, a Fundraiser for WSD on Oct, 14, 2016 at St Andrews Auditorium, Bandra

The Welfare of Stray Dogs (WSD) is an animal welfare NGO carrying out the Animal Birth Control programme of sterilizing and vaccinating stray dogs in Mumbai. The objectives of this programme are to control the population of stray dogs and more importantly to reduce human rabies deaths. Our other activities include an on-site first-aid programme, rabies awareness & immunization drives, education and awareness programme and adoption programme. Till date, WSD has impacted the lives of more than one lakh forty thousand dogs. The Welfare of Stray Dogs spends over Rs 80 lakhs per annum on the above mentioned activities. 

The Stop-Gaps Choral Ensemble of The Stop-Gaps Cultural Academy has graciously put together a show ‘All Things Bright And Beautiful’ on Friday, October 14, 2016, 7:30 pm at the St Andrews Auditorium , Bandra to support WSD’s projects.

A song for the dog on the street, stray cat, injured bird, abandoned helpless creatures, all of God’s creation! A galaxy of performers join The Stop-Gaps in this one of a kind concert to create an awareness and bring relief to the less fortunate of our four legged and winged friends.

The line-up includes Ella Atai, Shahariyar Atai,  Kim Cardoz, Zenaida Fernandes, Devika Madgavkar, Marie Paul, Petula Rodricks, Tara Sutaria, Musicosa, The Stop-Gaps Choral Ensemble , The Stop-Gaps Junior Choral Ensemble and a host of others. Cyrus Broacha would be compering the show.

The concert is being whole heartedly supported by The Rotary Club Of Bombay.
