These days, I am reading "True Blue" by David Baldacci. There was a line in it that I just loved :-)

You can't live your life trying to make people understand something they don't want to understand

Truer words were never said before!

This is even truer when there is a conflict of interest. Here is a quote from Upton Sinclair.

"It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends upon his not understanding it!"
