Supernatural, S13, E22

With one more episode to go till the Season Finale, the matters are coming to head. I was so afraid the evil Castiel is going to trade places with the good one without the Winchesters having any clue about it. But fortunately, he is dead. It was heartening to see Dean looking out for Ketch. Was it a tear I saw Lucifer shedding? Going by what dear old Gab said, that looks well nigh impossible. And Gab should know.

But I am more worried about the fact that Sam has done a lot of damage to Jack's future by keeping Lucifer in the Apocalyptic world. The very least Sam, Dean and Castiel could have done in the bunker is to reach out to Jack as he sat brooding among the celebrating crowd. Sam has helped make a hero out of Lucifer and that just won't do in the bigger scheme of things. I wonder - now with Gabriel dead and Lucifer in the other world, does Rowena have enough Grace to open the rift to send these people back to the other world to fight Michael?

Two more questions. One, if the Apocalyptic world has its version of Michael and Castiel, why doesn't it have a Crowley? And two, does every alternate world have its own version of the Heaven? Theoretically, it shouldn't. No matter how many worlds God created, there should be only one Heaven and one God. Right?
