Chicken Sausages/ Broccoli in Honey Barbeque Sauce

Lately, I have become an ardent fan of American Garden's Honey Barbeque Sauce. Earlier, the mere sight of sausages used to drive me up the wall. The notion of actually eating them was unthinkable. Then I discovered Suguna's sausages (I eat only chicken ones!). If marriages are made in heaven, then these two must have been matched up there for sure. Here is the recipe which has turned into comfort food in no time:

Heat oil and slice Suguna's chicken sausages in thin round pieces. Add finely chopped garlic to oil and follow it up with finely sliced onions. Saute. Add strips of green capsicum. You can also add tomato slices, if you want. Put in finely chopped green chillies. Then add Suguna's sausages (these are precooked by the way). Saute them a bit. Then add Honey Barbeque Sauce and a little chilli sauce (only if you like spicy food). You can also add ketchup and soya sauce, if you want. Sprinkle mixed herbs and some ground black pepper. Finally, add salt and toss it all up. Serve hot.

The sauce does wonders with boiled brocolli as well. The recipe is the same as above except that I don't add capsicum or tomatoes (and of course, add brocolli instead of sausages!) to it.
