I finally seem to have found a perfect छोले (Chickpeas) recipe - thanks to Chef Aditya Bal! I am not sure if it was an episode of "चख ले इंडिया" or of "चख ले अकेडमी". It doesn't matter . What matters is that I cooked it over the weekend and it turned out to be very good. Thanks Aditya! :-)
